PERSIA TO LONDON VIA COPENHAGEN…

Since 2020 Sanaz has worked between the food scenes of London and Copenhagen. Her excitement for new Nordic cuisine has encouraged her to enter this journey and, after two years of being back and forth, Sanaz is now permanently resident in Denmark.

Having spent time in the food scene of Copenhagen she now explores her own designs, tastes, and food experiments combining new Nordic tendencies with traditional Persian elements- a beautiful combination that Sanaz invites people to share and experience food in the atmospheric landscapes of North-West Sealand. Here, Sanaz hosts communal dinners and pop ups in a variety of locations. Sanaz cooks seasonally using organic and biodynamic produce from local farmers such as Birkemosegaard, Ingeroens Gront, and Aertebjerg.

Sanaz works in collaboration with other chefs/ artists/ galleries/ filmmakers to share & create an immersive dining experience. During the last year she has hosted various charitable dinners bringing an awareness of Iranian history and food and while, importantly actively supporting the women-led revolution.
